Cult Follower

Understood transformationally, a cult follower chooses to live an essential lie. The lie being that “the cult leader knows more personal truth then the cult follower about the cult follower.” Living this lie causes great stress to the cult follower that often results in great fear or anger. The fear, and often hidden, anger of a cult follower due to suppression can be extraordinary and easy to underestimate. The “reasons why” the cult follower chooses to live this lie and suppress the feelings is due to a specific identity interpretation. The identity interprets that the “risks” of living the lie, suppressing the feelings and being told what to do from the outside are smaller then the “risks” of facing, feeling and expressing his or her own emotional energy, kundalini energy, sexual energy etc.
