Orgasm

Energetically there are two forms of orgasm. Energy-releasing orgasms and energy-sustaining orgasms. They are both great and either one can occur with or with out transformation.


Energy-releasing orgasms
Commonly characterized by a peak of pleasure, release of tension and the ending of sexual excitement. They are for the most part not transformational but can be. Their transformational aspects occur if the release of tension also “moves energy” through the identity matrix in addition to away from it, usually in the form of emotional clearing, realizations and sometimes illumination experiences.


Energy-sustaining orgasms
Orgasms that do not end the sexual excitement. They usually occur in a wide range of pleasurable intensities and in widely varying locations throughout the body. They often include emotional clearing, realizations and illumination experiences. They are for the most part transformational but not always. Certain identity structures can have energy-sustaining orgasms and still move energy away from the identity rather than through it.
