#7, accessing Compassion.
Inner Type and Outer Type Phenomena.
As we move toward 777 and the excitement builds keep reminding yourself that these particular types of "energy deliveries" are inner typr phenomena for you personally. Their vibration is such that primarily what there is to notice is the direct personal effect on yourself, your empowerment and your intentions. You likely won't see much by gazing at the sky waiting for outer type phenomena.
At the same time there is PLENTY of outer type phenomena happening. A site that I like for North America is this one:
http://www.ufomaps.com/∞ The reports are nice and clean and people are seeing plenty of different types of things with dozens occurring each month. Also on the outer, along with this type of "sighting" are the channelings from many mediums which for this year are supposed to reach new levels of intensity and of course the crop circles are scheduled for a knockout year also.
So depending on what you are looking for and what you wish to experience keeping the inner and the outer types straight will help bring clarity to your intentions.
While all of that is going on we want to keep working in the background to keep making the distinctions between your ego-self and your true-self.
As a good example of how some ancient wisdom applies, there is the I Ching. If you are an I Ching fan, what we are doing is developing ourselves along the lines of the authentic meaning behind the concept of the "superior man." (Gender bias notwithstanding!) And, just as importantly, working with the effect that the superior woman has on the mass. As part of the "inner type" phenomena, the energy deliveries are designed to help this developement go faster and easier.
I want to skip ahead a little to the feelings and emotional side of "ego-disengagement."
Accessing compassion
There is a nice quote from a movie about blues music. I think the movie is set in or near New Orleans. One of the characters, an older black guy, fabulous blues guitarist in his day, tells the young, white, up and coming, guitarist:
"…the blues ain't nothin' but a good man feelin' bad…"
You can feel in his words both the sadness and the compassionate acceptance of how tough life can be sometimes. When you are feeling some of these bad feelings see if you can go just a little deeper and find out which one you are: A good man or woman "feelin' bad" or a bad man or woman "feelin' bad…. The "bad feelin's" are the same in either case so it takes a little deeper awareness. If you don't go quite deep enough then having bad feelings equals being a bad person and your empowerment drops.
The ego-self uses 'bad' feelings to judge and justify its position. The true-self uses 'bad' feelings to move emotional energy and through this, transform and fulfill intentions. So it is very important whether you see yourself as a bad person having bad feelings or a good person having bad feelings.
The ego-self often wants to fight whoever or whatever is "to blame" for causing the bad feelings. You included! So it may want to punish the "cause" of the bad feelings. You included! The ego-self wants to know WHY this happened! The ego-self wants to know WHO did this?!
The true-self, in contrast, knows that the causes and reasons are not so important. The true-self asks WHAT is the feeling and WHAT is needed just now to either feel better, relax the tension or restore some balance? The true-self asks WHAT are the beliefs, interpretations and "meanings" relative to life that it is holding?
You can play with this like a rule of thumb. The ego-self mostly asks "why" and the true-self mostly asks "what." Asking WHY tends to access your ego/identity and sometimes this is useful. Asking WHAT tends to help you "be here now" and helps you access "the present."
A good man "feelin' bad" already accepts his feelings. He feels blue, sings the blues and listens to the Blues(!). He is ready to cry but not like a victim. Like a compassionate knowing, filled with love and understanding for how tough this game that we are playing here can be. He knows, accepts and is ready for when the game requires him to feel sadness.
Ego-self will yell and scream at him that this is wimpy, weak and childish so the good man that is "feelin' bad" has his sword ready and simply says "no, not that." He brings compassion to his sadness and knows that it will transform into gratitude as he gains understanding.
He even brings compassion to his anger and redirects it FOR something instead of AGAINST something. He brings compassion to fear, the hardest of all feelings to accept, and in so doing proceeds in those times very slowly but does NOT let the fear stop him or run away.
The ego-self CAN learn these things but only if YOU teach it, show it how and don't try to punish it, trick it, hurt it or do anything other than accept it and love it if you can. Until the eg-self does learn, it will be lurking at every turn so have your sword of truth ready!
If you don't accept the ego-self "just the way it is" then you won't be able to find a starting point for the new direction and new intentions that are being initiated.
Arguably, new directions are what this time is all about! Allowing, accepting and loving the ego-self exactly the way that it is spills over to allowing, accepting and loving the world just as it is!
As you set your intentions for 777, bathe your ego-self with compassionate acceptance for your own "bad feelin's." That will make YOU, be stronger, move faster and feel happier.
Since the superior man leads by example, he needs to be in good shape!
much love and much peace,
greg
