Time

The identity experiences time in a “past predicts future” manner. To the degree that one identifies with one’s identity time will be experienced as primarily consisting of a) a painful or pleasurable past b) a fleeting, essentially non-existent present and c) a fearful or fantasy future. To the degree that one identifies with one’s I or one’s intent or one’s intentions or one’s “chooser” or one’s “intend-or” [i.e. that which intends or does the intending], one will experience time as, a) a changeable past b) an eternal present and c) an optional future.
